POS Integration Data

When you connect a Point of Sale system (e.g., Square), we access sales data, menu catalog, and order information through authorized API connections. We only access data you explicitly authorize.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage analytics through PostHog to improve our platform. This includes page views, feature usage, and performance metrics.

Error Tracking

We use Sentry to collect error reports to maintain service reliability. Error data may include browser type, device information, and the actions that led to the error.

• Anthropic — AI content generation (business data is processed, not stored)
• Vercel — platform hosting
• Square/Toast — POS data sync (only with your authorization)

We protect your data through:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
• Row-level security on database tables
• OAuth 2.0 for third-party integrations
• API rate limiting to prevent abuse
• Signed webhook verification (Stripe, Inngest)
• Multi-tenancy isolation — you can only access your own data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support@haquesystems.com.
