Terms of Service

By accessing or using Haque Systems ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Haque Systems is an AI-powered platform that generates and manages websites for small businesses, including restaurants, tax offices, law firms, salons, and other service-based businesses. Our services include:

• AI-generated website creation and management
• POS system integration (Square, Toast, Clover)
• Automated marketing (email, social media content)
• Menu management and synchronization
• Analytics and health monitoring
• Self-healing and auto-optimization

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the business you register.

Haque Systems offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($39/mo), Growth ($89/mo), and Pro ($159/mo). All plans include a 14-day free trial.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your billing period
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Annual plans offer a 20% discount
• A one-time $50 setup fee may apply

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Platform, including business information, photos, menus, and brand assets. By uploading content, you grant Haque Systems a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent that you have the right to use all content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Our Platform uses AI to generate website copy, marketing content, and social media posts. While we strive for accuracy:

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publication
• AI-generated content may require editing for accuracy
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually accurate
• Marketing campaigns are saved as drafts for your review before sending

The Platform integrates with third-party services (Square, Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Haque Systems is not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

You may disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard.

Websites generated by the Platform are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We provide automated health monitoring and self-healing capabilities. While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Send spam or unsolicited marketing to non-customers
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haque Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your generated websites will be taken offline within 30 days
• Your data will be retained for 30 days for recovery, then deleted
• You may export your data before account deletion

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
